Loved this painting. My favorite part is that dark brown spot at top that you came back over the top of going inward. When I saw that I just thought it was bold and really stood out. Then I saw you doing it in a few more spots and was glad you picked up on that. It really makes them stand out in a good way.

I like how the brown gave just enough 3 dementional look. The brown gave it just enough depth. I love watching you do your painting its so relaxing. Peace Love and Harmony
I keep saying Wow! With all of these but it’s true. I was biting my nails when you first started blowing but your eye for composition is incredible. I liked that you were able to go backwards with blowing and I think that kept it from getting muddy.

The series is great - lucky client! I really liked seeing the color from the table. The Chicago panel honestly made me think of standing and looking up at the sky with all the urban buildings around me. Super cool.

Great piece Molly! I just got a commission yesterday for something with very similar colors with the addition of some turquoise. Your timing on this was perfect! Gave me some great ideas. Happy Painting!
oh that is great, i hope this helps! the turquoise can dry a bit dark, so if you are using the brown as well, i would recommend maybe mixing a bit of the turquoise and a light blue together to create a lighter color. but just a suggestion! i hope your painting turns out amazing!

Hi Molly. Beautiful painting! For me, when darker colors (example van dyke brown, Paynes grey etc) are the first thing I see when looking at most paint pours. ( Not necessarily black tho)They always seem to highlight all the other colors. So I look at the darks then my eyes always drift to everything else. So just my personal opinion, don't worry about the darks. You always seem to know how to use just the right amount. 😉

It reminds of the colors and shapes you see around Sedona and in the cave paintings. I think the contrast between the marvelous colors you chose was much more striking before the blowout.
