I just LOVE watching you guys getting all creative... And I was thinking how about a slight sweet fire ball flavor candy with some popping candy inside. so you get the hint of fireball without the heat and then the popping inside your mouth from the pop candy.....
Let's try swirl creams, where you just barely stir the color in the cream mixture, so it makes pretty swirls of color. It would be a fun surprise when you bite into them.

I prefer when the candy was covered in chocolate by hand, it allowed more to stay on the candy. The enrober blows off too much of the chocolate. But with growth comes differences in quality, so i guess the chocolate to candy ratio sufferred. Yes, ive been buying Hercules candy since before they ever got their 1st enrober, in the basement days. ❤❤❤❤
Love the videos and your staff that make the candy and the videos. However, whenever I see drops being made and you have to shift the corn starch, my brain automatically goes into you will sift the corn starch or you get the hose.

Color mixing- red is primary, it’s going to overwhelm brown every time. 🤷🏻♀️ maybe some watercolor experiments

The molds are pressed starch. The starch as you see is reused to make more molds

We have tried that and the stamps fill in too much with the cocoa butter and just leave behind an indistinct blob 😞
