I used the DJI Mini 3 to get the shots in this video, in Normal and FPV mode. You can use DroneMask with any drone as long as you can output a video signal via a cable, so at this moment in time you can not use the DJI RC, let's hope that changes in the future. The DroneMask 2 is in my opinion perfection, it improves on the DroneMask original in the best way possible - giving us access to our mobile devices without having to unzip the mask. We also get cables!!

Why Thank You! That's really great to hear! It's a really fun way to fly, and yes, it really helps with confidence, you just feel like you're flying with a cinema screen haha, love it! The Mini 2 is great, but an upgrade to the Mini 3 would make that screen even crisper, even prettier.

I just bought the SJRC f22s drone and someone recommended to get the Dronemask 2 for the best results, it arrived a day ago........now I'm just waiting for the right moment to go out and give it a try........got a 16GB mem card to go as well.

Thanks Phillip! Cool product. Do you know if I could wear my progressive glasses with these? Might require custom lenses for seeing that short distance I imagine.
I was wondering the same thing, but I've used VR headsets with my progressives and never had any problem from the glasses (just vr in general, same issue with contacts). I'd imagine well-fitted glasses would give you the most view through the midrange Rx in the middle of the lens, probably resulting in having to extend the mask out a bit from your face.
Idk for sure though I don't own one, just want one.
This is something I can't answer, and maybe DroneMask can help out with this question, or someone who uses the DroneMark with progressive glasses? I put on my sunglasses, just to see how comfortable it is, and with fairly large Oakleys and RayBans it didn't feel like they got in the way at all.
It has quite a bit of adjustment which is great, I usually slide it all the way out and feel I see clearest in that position. It's a great mask, well worth having as an accessory.

We have had feedback from customers using the DroneMask with progressive glasses saying they have had issues with these lenses. The DroneMask does fit well with glasses if they have single-vision lenses (progressives offer multiple prescription strengths within one lens, whereas single-vision lenses feature only one prescription strength). Thus, we do not recommend using the DroneMask with progressive lenses.

Interesting acessory, but for my student budget after purchasing air 2s its kinda expensive. Still i see the point maybe oneday in the future. Great video as always.

It looks cool but for me, it would take some getting used to. Actually, I think it would help with my direction, height etc. and I could see my flight path easier.

Definitely, at least under the new EU regulation.
Yes, you should have someone there with you as a spotter, not only to avoid crashing into something, but also for the safety of yourself and your belongings. Having the DroneMask on, you have no idea if someone is about to rob you or give you a wedgie.

It will be wild to be able to connect to the DJI MINI PRO 3 with RC remote that has a screen. Would there be away to connect your phone to the remote or would you have to get RCN1 remote

Probably a dumb question but...I have a Mini 3 Pro with Smart Controller. I also have a DJI Mini 2 with a regular controller. Can I use the Mini 2 regular controller with my Mini 3 Pro so that I can pair it with the DroneMask 2?
There are no dumb questions, and even I just had to research that to make sure. So it looks like there should be no problem connecting the DJI Mini 2 controller, which is the DJI RC-N1, to the DJI Mini 3 Pro. I haven't tried it though, so, before you jump on my affiliate link, wink wink, give it a try at home just to be 110% sure. I have the RC-N1 controller from the Mavic 3 and the Mini 3, and they work, and in theory it is the same controller, but just to be superduper sure, please check.

Can you use it with a phone connected to the new DJI controller?
I’m gonna just duct tape my smart controller from the DJI mini3 pro and control it with my arms up over my head!!
They clearly made the greatest sub 250 drone they could build and with the release of the a avatafpv just around the corner, went to extreme lengths to make sure you can’t fly fpv (like). DJI knows having chunked out a grand for my first drone and it being the greatest one on the market. I would happily by some DJI goggles if I could use them. Yet …strangely …nope! Instead I’m gonna steer away from DJI completely. Guess they didn’t want the money.

The RC Pro has a video out hdmi. I don't own it myself, but if it has video out, then there must be some kind of hack!

@@WiljanWiljan Like I said, I don't own the RC Pro, but you do, so have you tried connecting it to your phone? If you can connect the RC Pro to your phone via a cable, as it has both USB-C and HDMI out, then sure, it'll work.

You may use a wireless HDMI transmitter called DJI Raven Eye that transmits the image from the RC Pro through the HDMI cable into the Raven eye and then wirelessly to your smartphone in the goggles using an app called DJI Ronin. Please note that we have not included cables for this.
