Just wanted to know if there is any under construction SP project is there in new town for investment purposes. Like 2 bhk. and what would be the cost at this moment.
Also, can you tell me the size of the rooms and the bed there. Coz I also have a small room in my house and want to adjust a king bed there. Thanks!

Newtown SP project is still under construction for few new phases (1/3 bhk)...bt all flats are already sold ..only u can re-sale any 1/2/3 bhk now from the current owners..room size varies in 1/2/3 bhk flat...bedroom size is approx 11/10 ...where u can accomodate ur king bed easily...

ছোটর মধ্যে সুন্দর করে সাজানো flat. তবে কয়েকটা suggestion আছে regarding ছবি টাঙ্গানো। ছবি সব সময় eye level এ রাখতে হয়, that’s the rule.Egyptian ছবি একটু বেশী উঁচুতে।

ঠিকই বলেছেন। তবে ওই জায়গাটাতেই সামনে ফ্রিজটা আছে বলে আই লেভেলে রাখা সম্ভব ছিল না আর অন্য কোনো ফাকা দেওয়াল ও ছিল না ওটাকে রাখার। ওটার সাইজ বেশ বড়, প্রায় 4ft* 2ft, তবে অনেক থ্যাংকস বুঝিয়ে বলার জন্য। আমাদের অন্য ভিডিও গুলোও দেখার জন্য অনুরোধ রইলো। ভালো থাকবেন।

@@AmanKumar-js9sy thanks a lot aman..bt as we said before the whole interior idea was planned by ourselves...we have not hired any agency/person..only suggestion from our end, before ordering anything (furniture/appliances), take an exact measurement of the available space at ur place..
And last of all, our approx cost to execute our plan (costing as per 5 years back) : approx 8 lks ( which includes wall color, new flooring, bathroom end to end fittings, semi modular kitchen, furniture & show pieces, heavy appliances ). Hope this would be helpful.

We are the owner, yes we had paid the brokerage...you can get direct owner's contact from facebook groups/99 acres...but availability is limited of the flats which are directly handled from owners...maximum number of flats handled by brokers only...so i believe to get maximum options you have to pay the charges
