Agree with the others. A light toasting of the bagel, some capers, and a coulle little pieces of red onion. A great breakfast or lunch sandwhich. And maybe some alfalfa sprouts.

Ha! The days of two bottles are long gone but part of me still remembers ;) I love capers! But usually in a butter sauce for chicken piccata.
Looks great!. The Norwegians know their fish. I'm not so much on capers but cream cheese and minced shallots...mmmm
I made cream cheese cucumber boats for lunch using the leftovers and sliced onions! Yummy!
