Ingredients
600 grams chicken / mutton
150 grams daliya or wheat sooji
2 tbsp toor dal
2 tbsp masoor dal
2 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp basmati rice
2 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp ginger garlic
3 green chillies
Handful coriander leaves
Handful mint leaves
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp red chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp full salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp desi ghee
Spice mix
7 green cardomom
1 or 2 black cardomom
1 star anise
4 stocks cinnamon
12 pepper
8 cloves
Mace 1/4
Nutmeg 1/4
Garnishing
4 medium onions fried
1 big lemon juice
1 tbsp chaat masala
Coriander leave
Mint leaves
Temper
1/4 cup desi ghee
20 cashews
