Please explain the difference from using an adjustment layer/live filter which have their own inbuilt masks. Here you can use the brush and invert and apply to various areas of the image.I do like your presentation however I understand that you are controlling all adjustments with just one mask layer within a group. You could have also applied all the relevant adjustments/filters and put them within a group to simplify the layer panel.
Adjustment layers and live filters are essentially the same concept. Why affinity just didn't put live layers (i.e. clarity/sharpening) under adjustment layers, perhaps its just to organize its tools. As for "You could have also applied all the relevant adjustments/filters and put them within a group to simplify the layer panel" not sure what you mean but if the workflow means you are using a single mask rather than multiple masks than it would be the same thing. Thanks for the question.
Merci pour le tuto vidéo et merci pour les astuces d'Affinity photo 👏👍🙂

Glad to hear this!
I always look forward to your tutorials, but some are not translated to English
It is youtube which actually does the translations. Perhaps check your the settings of the youtube player.
