పూరి తో పాట్లు (యుద్దం)
2-3 ఏళ్లు ఉంటాయి అనుకుంటా...
ఒక ప్లేట్ లో ఒక పూరి, పూరి కూర వేసి, తన వడిలో పెట్టింది వాళ్ళమ్మ.
మొదట ఒక్క చేతితో పూరి చింపడనికి ప్రయత్నించింది, చల్లగా ఉండడం వల్ల అనుకుంటా చిన్న ముక్క కూడా అవ్వడం లేదూ...ఇంకా ఆలా ప్రయత్నిస్తూనే ఉంది అయిన అవ్వడం లేదు..
ఈ ప్రయత్నంలో ఆ పూరి కూర తన వడిలో ఒలిగింది.అయిన పూరిని చింపడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తుంది.. అయిన అవ్వడం లేదు..
బాగా అలిసిపోయినట్లు ఉంది.
తన వడిలో ఒలిగిన కూరలో బఠాణీ గింజల్ని తినడం మొదలపెట్టింది...
కూరలో కారం ఎక్కువ అయినట్టుంది...
అమ్మ నీరు కావాలి అని పిలిచింది..
వాళ్ళ అమ్మ ఒక 200g గ్లాసులో నీరిని నింపుగా ఇచ్చింది.. తన బుజ్జి చేతితో తన నోటి వరకు ఎత్తలేకపోయింది... అప్పుడు తన వడిలో ఉన్న ప్లేట్ నీ కింద పెట్టి రెండు చేతులుతో నీరు తాగింది...
కాస్త హాయిగా ఊపిరి పీల్చుకొని...
ఈ సారి తన రెండు చేతులుతో పురిని చింపడం మొదలుపెట్టింది... అయిన కూడా చిరగడం లేదు..
ఇక తన చిన్న మొఖంలో నిరాశ , కళ్లులో కన్నీరు కారాల వద్ద అన్నట్టు వచ్చేశాయి.
నేను అయితే తినడం ఆపేస్తుంది ఏమో అనుకున్నా..
కానీ, పట్టు వదలకుండా మళ్ళీ ప్రయత్నించింది.
అయిన అవ్వడం లేదు...
ఇంకా చివరికి ఆ పురిని తన నోటిలో పెట్టి తన పదునైన పల్లుతో కొరికింది, అప్పుడు పూరి చిన్న ముక్క అయింది. తన సంతోషానికి అవధులు లేవు. అప్పుడు,
తన బుజ్జి మొఖంలో పూరీకి తనకి జరిగిన యుద్ధంలో తానే గెలిచాను అనే ఆనందం కనిపించింది.
తన పోరాట స్ఫూర్తి నాలో ఆనందం కలిగించింది. అదే వాళ్ళ అమ్మ తనకి తినిపిస్తే తన పొట్ట మాత్రమే నిండేది, కానీ ఇప్పుడు తన మనసు కూడా సంతోషంతో నిండింది.
