I make homemade pizza regularly. Ice perfected it over the years EXCEPT I could never transfer the dough from the peel into the stone. So, I put the dough on a sheet of parchment and put the whole thing on my stone. But, I can’t use as high a temperature doing that way. I do believe this sliding peel is the answer! I can’t wait to get one and try it.

Looks like you used a pre-prepared solid base pizza and not a fresh home made pizza with fresh base. Not convinced

With all due respect, this video exemplifies everything that’s wrong with so many TH-cam videos. Average people during reviews of products they don’t even know how to use. The pizza peel in this video was specifically designed to pick up a wet formed pizza off of the counter or board, and then slide it into the oven. From what I can tell in this video, she just made the pizza on the peel, not even utilizing the action what the peel was designed for. And this peel is NOT designed to remove a hot pizza from the oven (sheesh, your hands can do that). Why does nobody do research and reading-learning about the product-before turning the camera on and speaking? How you can call this a review is beyond me; thanks for the effort, however, you tried, and failed, but you did try…

Yep, you're right. I'm learning. I shouldn't have taken on product to review that I didn't know to much about. I'm trying to be more selective and review things that I actually know how to use. I'm embarrassed.

I don't like to give critique. But this is a pretty useless demo. Doesn't show what the peel is really needed for at all. This peel is handy for handmade dough that is hard to handle. Not store bought pizzas.
