@@teoyota prepreg is different, if you stick the carbon and need to adjust it will pull the clear coat from the mould. Also I don't think it will handle 120 deg celius
there are special in mould coatings used in the industry. But expensive and the moulds have to be 100% flawless and ultra high goss, otherwise you never would get a finish like the end result in this video
Thought I would try to lay up decals straight into the mould.. And results were amazing 😍
What happens instead if you stick the sticker to the mould?

Interior pieces that have lots of clips to hold in place are often easier to cover over the part.

From experience, this won't work with prepreg carbon fibre.

Single use, they melt together and heat makes them brittle
