I did not anticipate the news that I would get this week! Well, I kinda did but still! Navigating responsibility, money and adulthood is very tricky and honestly, that's what I originally wanted this channel to be about. I touched a bit on that here and I hope you enjoy it.
This vlog contains a lot of eating out and outings, so watch it to know where you can eat in Douala. I have been job hunting and I got a new job, so there's the life update for those who actually read the description box 😉.

Not surprised that Coldstone is hitting it big in Cameroon. American ice cream (and food items in general) has almost double or a third more sugar content compared to Europe and other countries. It’s designed to be very addictive too.

Maison h and coldstone offer premium ice cream rather than standard ice cream that LGM and NICE CREAM offer. the main difference between premium and standar ice cream is all bout the milk fat used (regular milk to heavy cream)... that also explain the range of prices

Is the law of attraction based on Christian principles? I’ve never been interested in it bc from what I understand about it, it’s not.
Girl I’m an Christian girl raised in a strictly African Christian home, which imply’s just like you I have had my fair share of NOT wanting to embrace any knowledge outside Christianity or biblical teachings and principles, all due to the fear of it meaning I have embraced an other God away from the GOD we are thought to be the ultimate as Christians, Hence I never picked any interest and was very rigid about LOA even when I first heard about it years ago. however, when I summoned the courage to listen to it, I realized the law of Attraction is Christianity, it’s about GOD preached in a non religious way and the knowledge of it has actually brought me way closer to God than I could ever be just sticking to the regular Christianity Knowledge. Anyway, I don’t wana type any longer, its already too long a comment , so If someday you can, look up videos on it, if not, that’s fine too.

Best to be employed while looking for another job. That being said, good vlog and let us know how much did the ice cream cost? Also, how much did the 2nd restaurant cost?
Awww I forgot to add the cost on the screen but I am planning a whole "cost of living in Dla" video.
The burger was 3000frs, fries included. The ice cream cost 1500frs for the cup that I took + 500frs for the chocolate wafer in it. The milkshakes at Coldstone are 3000frs per cup and at Olakam where we ate the grilled pork with fries, I can't really remember coz our other friend Marilyn paid for that one but I think the grilled pork and fries cost about 2500frs per plate.
Thanks for asking. Now that I know people are interested in how much things cost, I'll remember to add the cost and currency conversion on screen.
