Maybe 1/100000 people could actually find him using an ANI trap or something and even then that is the sort of person who either wouldnt answer to begin with or would hang up right away or would recognize that they have no basis or money or need to subpoena the VOIP company or google voice. Now, if he called a federal building and broke the rules he would have a second felony and they would 100% find him no matter what SIP system he was using, regardless of the fact that the feds monitor the show now after his previous arrest.
