I can still remember going to Wardour Street in London's Chinatown to see this magnificent film when it first came out. There was a wonderful little cinema, where you walked through the main doors of a big restaurant, then headed along a corridor furnished with velvet coloured carpet or walls and lots of golden giltwood into a small pond screen cinema (ahead of it's time) and escaping into the film. The master is most definitely in my top five Kung Fu films of all time. I'm well in my 60s now and retired. No one left, all passed on or melted away as so many do. Lately, I've been remembering and missing those days more and more as I get older. What I haven't lost though, is my love of those fantastic Shaw Brothers classics. Thanks for putting it up and thank you for the memories.
this is the best movie 🎥🎥🎥🍿🍿🍿💯💯 growing up as a child I love watching this movie 🎥🎥🎥🍿🍿🍿💯 I can't stop watching it I love this movie 🎥🎥🎥🍿🍿💯❣️❣️💯💯❣️ we all love this movie 🎥🎥🍿🍿💯❣️❣️ the world 🌎🌎🌎💔❣️😍 love this movie too 💯❣️❣️🎥🎥🎥😍😍🍿🍿👍💯❣️👍
Also known as the 3 Masters of Evil, or 3 Evil Masters. What a classic. Some of the best fight scenes from Shaw Brothers. The Opening was classic along with the music.
LOVE this one from the Shaw Brothers! Great fighting sequences! And I love the fact that the unsuspecting idiot and comedy relief had tremendous fighting skills!
The final fight is by far the most beautiful and flawless fight scene I have ever seen in a Kung Fu movie. I never thought any could top Snake in the Monkey’s Shadow, but this blows it out of the water. Utterly and ridiculously brilliant.
" THIS is one of My, all-time, favorite kung fu movies. These fight scenes are not only why but even more in how well that young hero executed those ' 3 Evils ' and their Henchmen. "
Sou um lutador igual a eles tem que ter muita sabedoria e ser humilde hoje tenho 64 anos eu gosto de lutas por isso sou um bom lutador eu sou um homem simples
After Chen kuan tai finished his part in the movie, the young man took it to the next level , very good work from Shaw brother's studios.if you have not watched this movie my friend, you are late please hurry.as the name the master, it's really a master piece Kung Fu movie.good to the end.
I wonder who is the evil master with the smooth face throwing the knives with the white strings in his hair? I wonder what is his name? I seen him in a lot of Kung Fu movies, but only as a stunt man or he will have a small part in some of the film's! This the only movie I see him play a true bad guy!
One of the best peices of choreography I've ever seen. I guess I still have a lot more of these Shaw brothers flicks to watch. Thought I'd seen all the best one's, definitely wrong.
Such elegant and striking fight scenes.. Wonderful technical styles and very good dialogue plus im a sucker for good swordplay and this is great..Damn near perfection
I love Shaw brothers movies my top favorites..... Shaolin prince, mask avengers, return of the 5 deadly vemons, ninja in the deadly trap, 5 element ninjas, fist of the white lotus, legendary weapons of China, 8 diagram pole fighter and how kill a master mind.
T.c Basey yeah man! Shaw brothers had that fire catalog. I started with the Chang cheh venom squad but then realized that Liu chia Liang crew was on another level especially when Wang lung wei was final boss.
You better add Shaw Brothers movies UNBEATABLE DRAGON aka INVINCIBLE SHAOLIN, THE DESTROYERS, THE MASTER KILLER aka THE 36TH CHAMBER OF SHAOLIN, AND RETURN OF THE MASTER KILLER aka RETURN TO THE 36TH CHAMBER to your list pronto!
That little windmill move at 9:30 absolutely cracks me up every time I see it lol. Such a silly move that makes the fight even better for some reason. This was a classic SB movie I remember watching on Saturdays during Kung Fu Theater 🎭
Man I really wished Yuen Tak and Hsiao Ho would have had a chance to do more movies on this style of choreography and film style. Liu Chia Liang was genius director/choreographer and a bad ass himself. I started out with Chang cheh and his venom crew but soon realized Liu chia Liang and his crew and style was just on another level. From master killer all the way to my young auntie. And by the way Wang lung wei along with Yuen Tak and Hsiao Ho and Liu chia Liang all fight at the end in my young auntie. Absolutely fucking amazing.
This scene is one of the best fighting scenes ever. So we’ll choreographed. Why isn’t Yuen Tak in more Shaw Bro’s movies? Is My Young Auntie the best movie he’s in?
Bloodklot Yeah the next generation after such Hsiao Ho and Yuen Tak was going to be massive. The film style of choreography changed though to more wire in the mud 80’s leaving future super stars like hsaio ho on the edges because it gave more unskilled guys a chance and Liu chia liang didn’t quite have that edge when the film style changed. Yuen Tak is in another film called three evils or three masters with Wang lung Wei. Also a badass flick
Yuen Tak was a beast! I always said him and Hsiao Ho were about to take over the game because they both were ridiculously good. I started of with Chang cheh’s venom crew and all the venom movies but soon realized that whatever Liu chia Liang directed and dud choreography for was just on another level. My young auntie has Wang lung wei, Yuen tak , Hsiao Ho and Liu chia Liang at the end and it’s absolutely amazing.
Kid plays a drunken white-haired Scissors fighter in "Demon Of The Lute", in which he co-stars with Kuo Chui (the "Lizard"), check it out he's badass in that movie!
wow it's very funny non martial artist love this Opera fighting and can't tell the difference between real and fake even the weapons are lite poles and illuminum dandos can't hurt a fly in tournaments I choreographed our duelies we used real weapons i have the cuts to prove it this just looks good.TO YOU.
His first sifu finally realized how much of a bully he towards him until he build a shrine for his second sifu an his spirit guide him to get rid of 3 evils
" It was delightful seeing The Evils and Henchmen killed. My ONLY sympathy was for those poor birds that, knife-throwing, devil killed at the beginning of this clip. "
For years, I’d had this question in my mind; what’s the difference between gymnastics and acrobatics? I’d even watch “men’s gymnastics” on tv, and I’d feel like “yuck!” The women's events tend to look better. But with the men’s events, even though I could see the SKILL, why haven’t I really enjoyed their gymnastics? After watching a clip like this, it finally clicked; acrobatics is for entertainment not POINTS. And what’s been in my head since childhood was having seen SO many kung-fu movies. The gracefulness combined with the skill, WHILE fighting, is unbeatable! (and also probably a whole team of special effects people)
action all the way top film oh yea well done for creating and sending a roboe craft t to mars got the Europeans jealous and worried thumbs up and a fantastic achievement
As a teenager in the late 70s thru early 80s, me and 2 of my friends would go to China town in Philadelphia on Arch st. and watch mostly Shaw Bros films s at the movie theater. Each month was a different movie. One of my favorites was 5 Deadly Venoms, and the place was packed!! 👺🐸🪱🦎🐛🦂👹
Grew up in the south bronx watching these. Used to go to THE FLICKS on 42nd st Times Square, known as forty duece to see these. And used to fight in the junkyards of Cypress Ave with my friends. I Actually can DOUBLE TAP a person today with the finger then fist. One can really learn these techniques if they put a lil study to it.. Blessings everyone..
One of my fav Shaw bros movie! Along with white lotus and a few others! Still holds up 4+ decades!
I don't know if these actors get the credit they deserve. This was fucking beautiful.
I wish they still made these, my childhood right here in the 80’s.
Better than any Hollywood films
Same here, brother!!
3 Evil masters. I got this one on VHS . one of my favorites 😍😍👍
You ain't never lied frfr!!
That's me boy there. Had this on VHS in the 80s. Thank God for TH-cam. Been wanting to check this out again, 2021

I'd watched this when I was a kid. In 2020 it's still awesome.
👍 from Dare To Speak
The sound technician is very generous with the "blows landing" sound effect.
He was a beast with the 6 inch punch!
One of the best films ever!!!!!

Yes I agree 💯 percent and may I add that they're the best.
Great fight at the end. Kid was excellent at the end. I'd like to see him with the Venom mob.

Exquisite fight scenes with scintillating choreography to go with it. Superb martial arts flick that is still potent today as it was back then.
This is a fantastic fight scene…I must watch the whole thing one of these days
The hero is white and ruddy. A good guy with confidence.
" It was delightful seeing The Evils and Henchmen killed. My ONLY sympathy was for those poor birds that, knife-throwing, devil killed at the beginning of this clip. "
Now one of my top 10 Kung fu movies
6:05 best fight scene of all time
One of the best old school
Master Johnny Wang (王龙威) 's stance and moves look very solid. I have observed his other movies. There wouldn't be great movies without him.

Yaa
I like the fact the hero is a humorous goofy doofus with great fighting skill.
Yeah, this was an interesting twist. Unless it's Jackie Chan, usually the clown is the loser
Nice them boys fought for 15mins straight lmao watching in 2021
One of the more polished fight scenes from the Shaw brothers....hmmm ...very impressive.

Weapons choreography is top notch
some of those pieces of takes they have to finish in a single shot, besides great movie, quite less effects but more skills with weapons
This a Freaking Classic

Poetry in motion!!!
I loved.
Excellent ending
This is the first time that I seen any Kung Fu or karate movie where they use the 1-inch punch
Good camera work. Excellently choreographed😊
Vamos lá irmão Youhan vamos lá.para nossa sala de treinamento
The opening scene is different gravy.
I never realized that the kid was fighting the judge from five deadly venoms.
Yuen Tak never fought Wang Lung Wei in Five Deadly Venoms. I don't even recall Wang Lung Wei fighting in FDVs.
If you watch the 5 venoms for the first time, you could think the judge was the scorpion
This looks like an amazing fun time. Got to watch it one of these days.
Fantastic fight scene
背叛師門?元德的作品,經典!風趣
This 3 Evil Masters 🤸♀️
Yuen Tak is a phenomenal acrobat.
