Thing is, his mixtapes were his best work, I would replay the shit out of them joints again and again, but the album were very different and I can honestly say I hardly played it at all. Besides one or two tracks it just sounded like he was trying to change up his feel and sound to adhere to a wider audience. I get it though. But naaa. See this is that old mixtape belly though, and the Benny track was another example. I dont want that overly happy up beat shit when it comes to belly, you want either gangsta and grimey beats laced with heavy lyrics or deep and dark drug fucked symphonies. Super super underrated rappers who have both have collab songs in the hundreds of millions with known rappers (e.g. Wiz, Nipsy RIP and the Weekend). Belly is about to explode and become even more known. Plus, he’s originally from Jenin, Palestine. That place single handily took down Israeli occupation tanks. That’s where Belly his gas, from Jenin olive trees 🇵🇸🔥⭐️
