Hallo, glad to see you also from South Africa. I’m decide to study phycology online at a rather old age. I basically used my ipad for just watching DSTV, NETFLIX AND YOU TUBE but i would love to use it for my study purposes. My online degree basically on google chrome and i have assignments, modules, etc, etc. please can you help my out with the correct up and how and where to start. I’m completely overwhelmed. Hello Kayla , I am having both now - goodnotes 6 and Nebo . goodnotes 6 is very smooth and nice. Nebo has more flexibility for a infinite canvas which dosent hang up like Freeform app of apple. Also nebo has a beautiful feature of erasing text notes using eraser which goodnotes dosent support. Goodnotes only support eraser for handwritten notes only.
Do you recommend using only an iPad in 70% online university without any laptop? I can’t really type on a keyboard since I’ve had a half dead laptop form 2010 with a broken keyboard and my classes are usually on ms teams and moodle platform which in my uni case can be only accessible through a website and not an app where we get lots of pdf files and write exams. Do you think it’s wise or should I just get a desktop pc? (Not a laptop)
I've just finished one semester of vetschool without any tablets, just with a laptop. If you are going to need to write on many pdfs, work on them, and dont want to be printing them non-stop and scanning etc, I'd say an Ipad is worth it. The same goes for if you have a lot of pictures (for example for me its pictures of organs feom histology) that you'd like to write on -> absolutely worth it to get a tablet instead of a PC. BUT if you dont need these functions I'd recommend getting a PC, because imo in all other aspects a computer is batter.
Question- I have downloaded fonts from ifonts and it says that it has been installed but I can’t not find the font. I have closed out goodnotes and opened again and the font is not there. Help!!
