I live in Europe. food in Nigeria is actually cheaper when the same foodstuff is converted to Naira. however our income is by far higher. Based on the fact that prices increased but the pay was not equally increased is why Nigerians are feeling the impact in rising cost of feeding.

A lot of people are saying things are still cheap in Nigeria compared to other places. And we in Nigeria are envying those outside the country, such an irony of life oo. Thanks for watching sis😁
Nigerian’s need to stop complaining about the prices of food in the country and appreciate what they have. Food prices are high every where in the world due to the ongoing political and economic uncertainty globally. Nigerians needs to go back to farming. The country is blessed with fertile soils, better climate to plants whatsoever they want’s to plant. Why are we importing food from other countries when we should be feeding ourselves and exporting foods to other countries and creating jobs. We have so many universities graduate with degrees but no jobs. What is the point of college degrees without putting into practice . Poverty, hunger is the number one problem in Nigeria. If all the college graduates in Nigeria comes together and farm, they will solve hunger problem, great jobs for them selves and be millionaires or billionaires. Farming is the way out of poverty. Think about it, one thing every human must do daily is to eat to survive.
I leave in London you cannot compare London price Nigersi market is more cheaper than here anywY thank you for your concern it is very helpful next time I visit labos I definitely come to mushy market thanks
Hi Elizabeth, so yeah people have been saying prices in Nigeria are way better than Uk and US food prices. And yes please definitely visit Mushin when next you come to Lagos 😁
People comparing the price of stuffs in UK and USA, saying it's way cheaper in Nigeria are sick......100 pounds or dollar is almost 70000 and average salary earner don't get this but a street hustler can get 100 pounds or dollar in 3 days at most.
People are converting pounds and dollars to naira that is why. The economic situations here and abroad is different. But as at today inflation of food prices in nearly everywhere. Just budget well and don't do pass yourself. We will all be fine. Thanks for the contribution 😃
@@lolao.310 ok that should be about 10 dericas, 1 derica is 900 naira so about 9000 naira. I am considering the big custard containers they make these days.
Hi busayo, the meat is okay because pricing is not easy based on the price the meat seller do place on it. Some sell the pomo 3 for 500. The dry fish is expensive. N600 is the general price for oloyin beans even in isolo. Pricing goods in the market depends on individual. Thanks
Thanks for your view sis, we need an association to fight for we the buyers. Meat sellers always start at ridiculous high prices , you then have to bargain. When do you even know you have gotten to a fair price? I shy away from the process oo, it is not easy. Thanks for watching
