@@PandoraFilesSubs yes! I cant quite recall feeling too many symptoms I just remember waking up surrounded by two of my dr people staring at me and comforting me, i got so startled a few hours later I accidentally shifted back but it felt so real!

I wrote affirmations, lowered the volume and added some sounds on top so that the affirmations are inaudible by the consciousness but absorbed and understood by the subconscious and are then turned into results
