Ya know, even after all the shit Shirogane pulled..She is still my favorite mastermind. I dont know how or why..but I genuinely like her, character, personality..ya know all of the above. I think out of all three main games, V3 had to be my favorite. So many good memories came out of playing that game. It was my first DR game and I felt actually immersed into the story..if that makes any sense. I just wanna say..im so happy for the danganronpa series. For all the characters, and for all the memories..along with this great ass remix, its such a refreshing thing to listen to, Vetrom!
I'm kind of wondering about her whole 'cospox' thing though. Even though it seemed genuine, she had no trouble 'cosplaying' as the characters from DR 1 or 2, which is a bit of a contradiction. Yeeah, yeah, I get it. The whole 'DR is fake' schtick is entirely plausible but I wish to disagree. There might be something deeper to her 'cospox' than just 'cosplaying as real characters'. Maybe she is allergic to someone's scent? Like once she switched clothes with Kaede just to prove her 'cospox' but that was actually just an allergic reaction? It would then make sense how he doesn't get cospox from disguising as previous DR characters as she sewed those costumes herself. Honestly I really really enjoyed V3 too. And given my theories here above - if Spike Chunsoft made another Danganronpa sequel and all the survivors from V3 were actually confirmed to be parallel to the universe, then that game would be an amazing foundation for the next sequel. Can't just imagine really how much potential the series still have for its continuation.
@@kubacakagoomba I think V3 and its ending completely loses its meaning if Spike makes another one. I think not having Kodaka there anymore, the issues of where to go from V3's ending, and trying to outdo everything done in V3 is insurmountable will prevent them from doing so. And that's the point. Kodaka wants it to be over, knowing he'd eventually be stuck making Danganronpa up until something ridiculous like Danganronpa 53 or live to see this creative brainchild of his be run into the ground by a badly received game, the all too common game cancellation out of his control, or any other thing that could've gone wrong along the way had he not ended it on his own terms. We've seen it happen with Metal Gear Solid and how Konami treated Kojima, and not to mention all those other series that died because of a bad entry or low sales numbers. I feel that sentiment built the line used in the final blow of the Chapter 6 Argument Armament "We'll End Danganronpa With Our Own Hands". He knew the overall mystery plots and trials would have to keep outdoing itself and would eventually get to the level of V3 anyway, so I believe he decided to end it here and now before it became the absurd twisted "53" we got a glimpse of at the end of V3. That's one interpretation of V3's ending at least. One that is completely ruined if another game is made. Danganronpa 4 means that Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko's decision to end the series meant nothing. That the world didn't change. That fiction and lies cannot so easily influence the world in benevolent ways. And ultimately, that Kodaka's wishes as the creator were not respected and his masterpiece is ultimately tarnished. Maybe spinoff games and certainly things like Summer Camp won't tarnish that work of art, but another mainline Killing Game Visual Novel entry would. The fiction and lies end here, and the blurred line into Reality and Truth that has been warped by it now lays open. That's a fitting final conclusion in my eyes at least.
