Give them a break they’re frustrated with the move, they were only biased because of the blowout last night, I’ve listened to them before they’re usually very fair.
I feel like every team we play someone makes a comment about how bad their announcers are lol. Im going to be a wreck when GKR end their days with the Mets
A lot of people don't know this, but the A's cannot afford to have team announcers. So before every game they just randomly select some fans to fill the role.
Speak for yourself, this guy was always a p.o.s and wished we never signed him. Highly overrated player. Leads the team w Strikouts, batting .225 and the only thing that saves him is his walks. Don't give me the rbi crap bc he's quickly falling to 3rd in the team and this his first year he has rbis (mainly bc of his batting spot). Remember Lindor had over 90 in the same spot. Nimmo needs to bat 9th and have Bader at the top, wouldn't fu*king kill having another SB threat at the top. Nimmo cant even do that sh!t and the bases got bigger lol smh. Nimmo is a waste and garbage, wish we traded him
Happy to see Peterson having a good year. Nice to see him finally blossoming when he was originally looked at as a depth starter. Based on stuff alone I never thought he would surpass Tylor McGill but he is clearly finding consistency and excelling 😊
Agree with Darling's comments about the A's pitcher showing up his 3rd baseman. That was totally bush league. And it isn't like the kid made an error or anything. That ball was a rocket and he made a good effort. I'm glad the Mets were able to knock Estes out of the game.
Great V for Los Metsos... I noticd the Oakland Catcher on the "wild pitch" that got passed him allowing Vientos to come home is what Alvarez does. He goes down on one Knee even with runner at third!! Not everybody can play like Tony Pena who was famous for catching like that. I also noticed Frankie is throwing the ball back to the pitcher with a bit more "zip" instead of a Lob. I thought he might have the TIPPS like Mackey Sasser many years ago.
I'm going to continue to emphasize until I see it otherwise that Peter Alonzo is still hitting well very seldom and only when we're playing bad teams let's see it against the good teams
I’m so confused as to how the entire team could struggle hitting for four games? And Nimmo, jeeze he’s got nothing going on. Happy for the win for sure. #LFGM
Those A's announcers are brutal. The first one says "it will stay in the park" for a ball hit 300 feet (you don't say), and then there is that woman. Yeesh.
I love that Lindor took the opportunity to hit that ump in the nuts. I get that the best baseball play would have been to get the out, but ... damn, ... so satisfying to see that dude get racked. Hilarious.
For everyone who gets on Pete (stupid analysts), the guys the 2nd best player on the Mets and honestly right there for the best player on the team. Get on Nimmo not Pete
@@PGO_Gaming why should nimmo be held accountable if he had a great July and him and lindor proved that they should've been in the all star game Nimmo is in a slump and he will figure it out
@@aaronnixon8346 I never said he wouldn't figure it out. Nimmo received praise for digging himself out the hole he put himself in early in the season. He has reverted back to that position and as such, he deserves criticism, especially considering every game from here on in is basically must win. Praise when doing well. Criticism when doing poorly. No exceptions.
Yeah, I was shocked when he sent Gamel. I thought he'd be out by a country mile. The play was much closer than I expected, but it was still a terrible decision to send him.
Not all women announcers are terrible. Sure the A’s female announcer is not great. I think she should listen to great baseball announcers like GKR, Vin, and even the old A’s announcer. I think she would improve her commentary. I really believe there is a world where she can be one of if not the greatest woman announcer in sports
Mets still suck. But if… and that is a big IF… they should pull their heads out of their butts long enough to sneak into the playoffs, then David Peterson should get the game 1 nod. Not only has he pitched quite well but the team also decides to show a little offense when he pitches to boot
The Mets are 38-25 since the beginning of June, despite being 13-12 since the All-Star Break. They need to finish with a strong September. Remember how bad the Yankees had been playing not so long ago (especially against the Mets 🤭)? That turned around pretty quickly. The Mets need to follow suit and get hot again. Admittedly they have a lengthy history of falling flat on their face in September, the proverbial last quarter mile. Mendoza has to avoid that this year.
@@VeritasMiles Yes and this lovely stretch of losing to such powerhouse teams as the Angels and Athletics has them 7 games behind the Padres and Diamondbacks.
Those A's announcers are brutal. I'm forever thankful for GKR
Every time I watch a highlight video I am always grateful lmao

It’s not sexist, the A’s announcer sounds like a kid who won a contest to be a broadcast.
keep your head up nimmo, we got your back ❤️

Let's carry this over today.
When was the last time Nimmo hit a homer? Nimmo and Alvarez are so bad lately
Let's Go New York Mets Baseball ⚾❤️✝️🇺🇲
0:20 - freeze frame on Peterson goes kind of hard man. Make that a poster and I'd buy it.
Lets go mets. Lock it up. Guaranteed 3rd wildcard spot.

it’s baseball, it happens
The way Lindor is wearing his uniform is the way everyone on the team should wear theirs. And everyday.

3rd base coach needs to be fired. Base running has been terrible all yr.

Listening to a woman's shrill voice calling a game.
Maybe not a great night to get on Pete, but he can't run the bases. He gift-wrapped a DP there.
It was a smart play, Pete was trying to stall and force a tag to give the runner more time to get to first base. It almost worked

It was a terrible play. Either beat the ball past the second baseman or else hit the dirt much earlier. He did neither.
