½ cup Cumin seeds ½ cup Coriander seeds 2 Tbsp Black peppercorns 1 Tbsp Cinnamon bark 1 Tbsp Cardamom pods 1 tsp Cloves (whole) 2 Tbsp Turmeric powder mix em all up and dry roast them in a dry none stick pain on very low heat till u start smelling the aroma of them spices then you just grind them if u feel the need to make them any finer or just pack em straight in a dry Jar after let it cool off prior to storing it. you can cook stews with it , use it a a dry rub for fish , chicken and roast and yeah works wonders especially in them on pot dishes like jambilaya and chicken and rice/peas and rice etc.
