One of the reasons might be lots if gag characters in One Piece... I mean Zoro and Shanks are some of the most badass and serious characters in the show... but they are goofy too... The only serious character in fact is Dragon but we cant relate to him since he doesnt have enough screentime yet... The "laugh"~quirk of many characters make it hard to get serious too... I played along with these and funny thing is that I knew all of them after watching the clips in the first second. I personally squealed at One Piece since it is my favorite anime and manga series. (It is absolute torture to wait for the next chapter.)
Nice to include Digimon: Digital Monsters (aka: Digimon Adventures), and it's nice to know 10/10 knew and heard of the show, as that was my childhood and the theme song's still fun. I had watched all of the first 2 seasons on Fox Kids way back when (haven't seen much of the other seasons) and I now own the DVDs of the show. Though it's technically a 90s show as it began in 1998 in Japan before being released in America in 1999. And I believe the 2003 end date is for the 4th season (Digimon Frontier), even though Fox Kids ended in 2002 when Digimon's 3rd season (Digimon Tamers) was initially airing.

Stephen Nguyen One Piece doesn't have that many fillers at all. 1/3 of naruto is fillers. Just think about it. 1/3 of Naruto is absolutely pointless. I'm not hating, Naruto is really good, but the fillers...😔. And btw One Piece has around 750 episodes so far and it'll carry on past a thousand.
The problem with a lot of famous anime is that they have a tone of episodes and I was much younger when I tried to watch them so I didn’t have the attention span to make it all the way through. Now that I’m older I’m trying to go back and watch some of them, but shows like one piece have gone from 700 episodes to more than a thousand and I just don’t have the time required to catch up

well it honestly depends on the person lol, like i grew up with it so to me at a very young age it looked amazing and super interesting, naruto shippuden is better than regular naruto, like i started rewatching the series from the beginning and now that i watch it i find it so dramatic in some scenes and a bit boring at times, so i understand why you might think its boring but shippuden does really well in every aspect, fillers are the only bad thing but who likes filler rightxD, anyways look if you ever want to give it a try watch naruto shippuden from episode 452 to 455, its an arc of my favorite character from the series, itll give you an idea as to what we naruto fans have been watching, but only watch the three episodes if youre never going to watch naruto cuz it does contain some spoilers, if you are interested in watching naruto then by all means go for it just know that it really picks up in naruto shippuden, and if youre lost ill be more than happy to give you information you might me missing, but if youre not interested in watching it then at least watch those three episodes i told you about and then you can decide finally whether or not naruto really sucks or not. just do a little research on sharingan and what it can do or tell me to tell you and ill tell you the things it can do just so youre not a little lost.

The problem with a lot of famous anime is that they have a tone of episodes and I was much younger when I tried to watch them so I didn’t have the attention span to make it all the way through. Now that I’m older I’m trying to go back and watch some of them, but shows like one piece have gone from 700 episodes to more than a thousand and I just don’t have the time required to catch up

well it honestly depends on the person lol, like i grew up with it so to me at a very young age it looked amazing and super interesting, naruto shippuden is better than regular naruto, like i started rewatching the series from the beginning and now that i watch it i find it so dramatic in some scenes and a bit boring at times, so i understand why you might think its boring but shippuden does really well in every aspect, fillers are the only bad thing but who likes filler rightxD, anyways look if you ever want to give it a try watch naruto shippuden from episode 452 to 455, its an arc of my favorite character from the series, itll give you an idea as to what we naruto fans have been watching, but only watch the three episodes if youre never going to watch naruto cuz it does contain some spoilers, if you are interested in watching naruto then by all means go for it just know that it really picks up in naruto shippuden, and if youre lost ill be more than happy to give you information you might me missing, but if youre not interested in watching it then at least watch those three episodes i told you about and then you can decide finally whether or not naruto really sucks or not. just do a little research on sharingan and what it can do or tell me to tell you and ill tell you the things it can do just so youre not a little lost.
