WAG12 locomotive dead moment way to keep in mind while doing WAG12 LOCOMOTIVE DEAD MOMENT Both EBV and brake panel and parking brake have to have the same setting in both sections separately as WAG12 LOCOMOTIVE DOUBLE SECTION LOCOMOTIVE are WAG12B LOCOMOTIVE dead moment also WAG12 LOCOMOTIVE Can be done by setting as soon as
The method of doing WAG12 and WAG12 LOCOMOTIVE dead Moment are in Hindi and English
1. Locomotive is in Dead Mode (batteries isolated)
2. EBV mode switch in 'TRL' position
3.Auto handle in both the section should be kept in FS position & secure using lock pin.
4. DER (Dead Engine Regulator) cock in Brake Panel shall be operated in 'IN' position (rotate anti-clockwise position) in both sections
5. Close (horizontal handle position) SIFA cock (N55.05), on Auxiliary Panel of Brake
6. Close (vertical position) FP cock (B50.01), on Auxiliary Panel of Brake System.
7. Brake Pipe are connected upstream and downstream; The Loco acts as a wagon for Emergency application.
8. If Parking brakes are applied release the same by pressing the plunger (red colour on impulse minor valve)
डेड लोकोमोटिव कनफिगरेशन बनाने का तरीका
1. सुनिश्चित करें कि लोकोमोटिव डेड मोड में है ।
2. EBV मोड दोनों सेक्शन में " TRL " पोजीशन में रखें ।
3.दोनों सेक्शन में ऑटो हैंडल को FS पोजीशन में लॉक पिन द्वारा लॉक होना चाहिए ।
3. ब्रेक पैनल में DER ( डेड इंजन रेगुलेटर ) कॉक दोनों सेक्शन में ' CUT IN ' पोजीशन में रखें ।
4. ब्रेक कण्ट्रोल पैनल पे SIFA कॉक को क्लोज पोजीशन पे करें ।
5. ब्रेक कण्ट्रोल पैनल FP कॉक को क्लोज पोजीशन में घुमा कर OFF करें 6.ब्रेक पाइप को अपस्ट्रीम और डाउनस्ट्रीम में जोड़े , लोको सर्विस और इमरजेंसी ब्रेक एप्लिकेशन के लिए वैगन के रूप में कार्य करता है । यदि पार्किंग ब्रेक रिलीज़ नहीं हो रहा है तो , पार्किंग ब्रेक प्लंजर को खींच कर रिलीज करें ।
