She DOES NOT CLEAN ALL PORES OUT!!! Do we watch a different video?? This lady let a lot of stuff untreated, she didn’t check when there is a white head and not a blackhead and she never get all really out! This client would be ABSOLUTE PERFECT for such a video- his black- and whiteheads all over his entire face would be absolutely awesome to get them out- plus nothing is inflamed!! But she ruined it because she wasn’t able to get this big awesome blackheads out in the best way for the client and also not in the best way to watch it!!! Very sad, but true… But all in all - a video you can watch and it’s still better then a lot of others!

I have back problems and my muscles tend to spasm and tense up. I dont know why but these videos relax me to the point where my muscles stop spasming so I need to take less meds. Thank you for doing such a great job on your videos and I enjoy them very much.

It is normal adaptive brain behavior. Brain often release dopamine to ease pain and reward when you pick bh from your face. Watch closely the things, brain tricked to think it is yours than it release small dopamine make you relax, euphoria ... same with drugs and meds. Ofcause your brain get used to vids, you must find new ones to maintain the effects. Yes these videos help less meds and cost nothing

I do not agree as there is much trauma to the skin! The method of using the back of the finger puts so much pressure on the skin it bursts. On the other finger, the nail is cutting into the skin.
I bet you came across a so-called “spa” video and suddenly, after a few minutes, you had to watch cooking recipes that had nothing to do with the original content ! The majority of Spa channels are nothing more than stolen videos and feature touting and misleading vignettes. To be reported without hesitation, because these channels cause harm to those who try to make honest videos, whatever their themes.
Very nice well developed sebum plugs. I love the ones with the little black dot on the head and when they pop out whole you can see the shape of the pore they have been living in.
It's always fascinating to me that these clients walk around with these Blackheads this bad. You would think they would do their own cleaning and extractions at home before it got to this point.
It always amazes me that THIS comment is still being left. Think about it. MANY people start but hurt themselves, other people have bad eyesight, some people are educated enough to know if it’s not done properly it could leave to permanently being scarred. My Mom is older and she can no longer see small things, but she can feel them and then goes to the derm. If they did it themselves we wouldn’t have this video to enjoy, right?

I'm speechless. I cannot believe what I'm seeing. It boggles my mind to know that someone would live with all those blackheads . . . especially when the treatment to get rid of them is so easy.
Get rid of completely is not easy, but maybe lessen the look of them. I have big pores and oily skin and I wash my face everyday and use salicylic acid products and I still struggle to get mine completely gone, though none are impacted like this.

While I admire your work alone in this case I think you should have first pit a warm moist towel on clients face to soften it, thereby the zits would have been much easier to expel. But of course this is just my opinion.

(Good pops, good extraction, good videographer) with competition, to keep me coming back, videos would include a quick shot of overall face or areas needing help; a shot at the end of the results; less time with camera on placing extraction materials on glove. Not sure why so many in this category put a lot of camera time on gloves keeping materials. ? Do techs get paid based on amount of stuff on gloves?
This isn’t acne. This isn’t even a medical skin condition. This. Is. Laziness. This is what happens when you don’t wash your face! He needs a simple, extremely cheap SALICYLIC ACID face cleanser. And get that lather all over the face then let it sit like a mask for roughly 3-5 minutes, then rinse! I’m a retired licensed Esthetician 😊

I’m glad that these people have you to help them get their face cleared up. I hate to ask- but what exactly causes this EXTREME amount of blackheads? Is it because this persons face produces more oil than normal? Or is it due to lack of proper hygiene? I don’t mean that the person is dirty or doesn’t bathe….I mean that in some parts of the world people don’t have easy access to the same tools of hygiene that people in the Western Hemisphere have? The normality of having immediate access to hot showers and endless types of soaps and toiletries we, as Americans, take for granted are things that some places and people simply do not have access to. My cousin went to South America for her honeymoon and they traveled to a few different places, staying in the fancy hotels built for rich people who wanted to see the beautiful tourist attractions. She told me that one day her and her husband decided to go outside of the resort compound and “explore” the real parts of the city with another random couple that happened to be staying in the same resort as them. She said once you left the resort it was like walking into a different world. Family’s that consisted of 6+ children along with the parents and grandparents all crammed into these one room shacks that were literally separated by less than a few feet to all the other shacks in the village. Sometimes over a dozen people living and sleeping in the floor of a shack that was smaller than the bathroom of the resort she stayed at. People literally shitting and pissing in the street and little children rambling through piles of trash to find food. Obviously they had no running water, and if by some miracle they did, they did not have anyway to heat the water other than in a small kettle over a fire pit that sat in the middle of their shack. Random stray dogs running around and every once in a while she said you could see people trying to catch the stray dogs and cats in hopes of eating them. Literally. Now think about how we live. Cozy heated and air conditioned homes with several bedrooms, a refrigerator full of food, a yard for our children to play in, and a bathtub that fills with hot clean water for us to relax in while cleaning ourselves. Shit like that makes you wonder how these people could ever NOT have this many blackheads and breakouts and even worse, staff infections and blisters from working their hands to the bone. Fucking world we live in.
I would like to see the before and after onthis patient. Cause theres so many small blackheads, how bad is the scarring if any. Good job taking ur time ,not rushing and making a mess!
