When I first time saw this serial 5 years ago, I saw Neha as a villain. But now I can understand her. It's not her fault. Ishwari is the reason behind her bitterness. She had never seen any of her children's feelings other than Dev.

The way Ishwari is taking Neha for granted and prioritises Dev over Neha ALWAYS - her parvarish is messed up FOR REAL.
She is even taking Dev’s love and devotion for her for granted. She has always taken advantage of Dev’s worship towards her and played victim card whenever Dev chose something for himself. She always played with Dev ‘s emotions and hurt him a lot. At first she says for me nothing is more important than my son’s happiness and then when Dev asked something for himself , she first give him then create such situation that he have to leave it only for mom’s happiness. When Dev ‘s pain started visible then she will say what wrong l have done l just want my son’s happiness.

The way Neha said her point was wrong... But her not wanting kids isn't. She saw that being a mom is a thankless job that takes all you can give and then some, without ever truly receiving the care of a mom or the unconditional love of a child. So she feels like she can't give that much of herself again.

i think that neha doesnt want to be a mother because she lived her youth being a mother for her sisters. I think she feels like she is not noticed or not cared for when she is given that role. If I were in her shoes i might have chosen the same thing. She didn't have a loving mother growing up. Her mother played favorites we can see that in this episode. She wants to have a life were her past responsiblities didn't effect her. thts what i think.

I totally understand Neha, I can feel her pain. My mother put her all responsibilities on me when i was in 8th class. I was cooking breakfast before going to school so she can go to her job. I was cooking dinner as well. I felt like mum of my other siblings. When I went to college, my dad was more concerned about my siblings education than me. And was also victim of domestic violence by my dad. I hate him and I also don’t want kids coz I already took the responsibility of my parents kids when i had only 1-3 yrs age difference with them. I live in Australia now but couldn’t forgive my parents for their behaviour. I wish no one have parents like them

This serial is totally different from others. Where each and every character is so close our real life. If anyone thinks Ishwari is so possessive mom but It's true fact that in our real life our moms are like her sometime more. This team didn’t present us fake character who always wear heavy jewellery, expensive dress, with heavy makeup, Dhum tana BGM, lighting, flashing etc etc etc etc.... And Shaheer and Supriya mam beautifully portrayed their character. It seems they are real Mom and son.
