Hehe that's why their my favorite chapter to play but the fleshtearers a subchapter of the bloodangels are even more thrifty and angwy
And blood angels are considered salamander level kind, just with a few mental flaws.
There is a Death Company Dreadnaught that is suffering from the Red Thirst and Black Rage at the same time. The BA had to set up an IV drip so the dreadnaught would not tear open its own chassis.

To put it simple, Red thirds is like an instinctual hunger and The Black Rage is a chase of sever psychosis.
They dont think they're sanguinius, they think they're on the vengeful spirit and seeing horus over sanguinius' dead body. They're pissed their dad died.

The one thing I once realised that the Blood Angels have something that any Chaos god could use.
Besides Khorne and Slaanesh trying to pull them since Signus campaign for obvious reasons we also have Sanguinius’ wings and foresight for Tzeentch and their geneseed feature of being able to successfully ascend weak, feeble, sick and mutated aspirants into space marines for Nurgle.
They got really, REALLY close though during the Heresy. Sangi almost went over to the other side, but got pulled back after one of his sons sacrificed himself.

there’s a lot of weird small gene flaws with more random chapters like the salamanders successor chapter that are chill and good guys but they eat the dead but only their fallen brothers because they can absorb there memories which makes them better fighters because they get the muscle memory of how to swing chain swords better or the perfect way to hold a bolter
Isn't it a perk of every SM? The omophagea extra organ allows for acquiring memories of an eaten person.
they only absorb some memories but the salamanders successor chapter I’m talking about they relive like entire lives by eating they’re fallen brothers

If you know the Blood Angels you'll know they have no issues, unlike the Dark Angels that have all kinds of issues.

so black rage if i understood it well is like an blood angel becoming permamently an alcoholic dad who's pissed, taking it out on everyone around him for some tragic shit that happened in his life, just collectively in groups
Red Thirst: Becomes a bloodthirsty berserker, but this can be overcome. Hell, the 2nd Company is literally made up of marines that went through a murderous training from hell to shackle the it to their will. Not to mention they are led by the 40K equivalent of Abhorash.
Black Rage: Turns you into a maddened bloodthirsty berserker and you cannot get out of this once you fall into it (with certain exceptions like Lemartes actually keeping it under control through sheer force of zealous willpower and Calistarius simply being forced to dominate it which resulted in his rebirth as Mephiston). You also get a small portion of Sanguinius's awesome physical power too, turning a normal Astartes further superhuman.

DAY 89: A video about, what if there were no loyalist elements in the traitor legions, this would also count for omegon and magnus. So there would be no need for the culling at isthvaan and weakening of the traitor forces. Giving the traitors a boost in numbers and cohesion, plus a lot of important named characters. it would be very intresting to see what all the effects would be on the possible succes of the heresy.

Unless the lore as changed I was under the impression that a major difference between the red thirst and the black rage is that at some point the black rage will kill them. Last I checked the only BA to survive the black rage is Mephiston and that is only because he went trough the Primaris upgrade.
Pretty sure it took him a whole building collapsing on his head and being stuck for days in the rubble for him to snap out of it
He's snapped out of it twice, once with the building (Then brutally kiling a warband of orks before trudsing back to the front lines), then when he then had the power of The Spear of Telesto aimed at him after falling into the black rage for a second time, after finding the mastermind behind a chaos plot.
He then later went through with the primaris upgrade.

Has anyone ever fallen to the black rage and gotten taken out of it (with little to no repercussions)
Calistarius (later known as Mephiston) has actually come out of it twice. The first time, his already powerful psyker abilities greatly enchanced themselves, to the point where people called him an actual son of saunguinus.
This took several days and a building collapsing on top of him, however.
Is the Black Rage a form of psychic echo or something?

I believe Khorne himself is scared to have these guys to deal with, imagine a blood angel that arrives to become a chaos undivided greater deamon, a 5th chaos god
This don't makes sense to me I am new to 40k but why the hell would they lose thier minds like this San never had any of these problems correct so how did his sons end up like this i don't think I have read anything about them being horrible like the flesh rippers so why would the space marines with one of the actually good primarchs act like this or why wouldn't they fix this at the beginning
If they thought they were Sanguinius, wouldn't some of them be at least kind and compassionate like Sanguinius and also inherit his powers? Like if they become similar to Sanguinius in mind, why is it that none of them inherit the more positive traits of Sanguinius?
Because its a memory of him fighting his traitorous brother, not much compassion or kindness în that situation.

@earthchan7540 sanguinius saw in a vission that he would die if he faced Horus but the emperor would live, at least from what I know, maybe they changed that în the new lore, and still went there hoping țo make a difference against all odds. Also to answer why they dont get any of the good stuff is because sanguinius died violently and bruttaly,and as he died a psickyc wave was emmited from his agony and violent separation of the 2 souls he had în his body(Angel of Light and Angel of darkness). Such a traumatic wave of energy and pain was never going to inspire good into those afflicted by the manic halucination influenced by the Angel of darkness, who is prenume to be responsible for the red thirst în the first place before it became the black rage.
@@earthchan7540once sanguinius started fighting Horus all the compassion and mercy he felt for his brother was replaced with rage and sorrow. Around that time Horus had already started winning and badly. Those are the emotions the blood angels receive while being bombarded by visions of their father being brutally murdered.
In conclusion:
Red Thirst: wants to shed lots of blood & the drink the blood of the slained enemies. Temporary state.
Black Rage: wants to destroy everything in sight both friends & foes alike. Permanent state.
Now lets be real, no difference everything in 40k is like this armor made them more aggresive and strong and speed and power, and this armor made them more fast and strong and mean and blood and TRT and this armor... ooo wait they all do same shit? and when you actually see them in animations even there they can't make them look fast and not like autistic transformers ?:))))))) if the tyranids the copy cats of zergs from starcraft would actually be like they are told to be they would wipe out these minecraft armored ppl:)))
