It is refreshing to see a couple with no hatred in their hearts for those who are different than they are. You two weren't surprised at all that it was two boys that loved each other, and you really seemed to get the emotions of this film. Just about every straight person I showed this video to thought it was a cute film, but did not get the emotions, or really connect to it at all. They simply could not understand how much being judged by others really hurts. You two got that. You must have very big hearts.

I heard that one of the film's creators posted on social media that he was thinking about what he wants to do in the future and that it includes a longer version of In A Heartbeat possibly. Can you guys also react to the short film If We Love?
Loved that. If you want to watch a real film that will make you laugh and cry. Try pride it’s a true story about how a group of gay people in the 80s helped the miners out when they were on strike. It’s one of my fave films ever and it’s really funny but sad at the same time. It’s nice to see how far we have come regarding gay rights.
...and, and, AND so happy! I am LGBTQ and it made me both sad and happy. It brought back a lot of memories of my junior and senior high school years. Thank God that was a long time ago. LOL.
College is so very different from high school. You'll like it. Before I started university I thought I knew everything...then I walked into the first library on the university grounds and I went to floor 7 and I saw nothing but rows and rows of books! It dawned on me then that I knew so very little. Today, I speak four languages! You will enjoy college!
