    For ED staff, an sweet suggestion for the leadership team, for new staff, comes to ED. I hope they already had at least 2 yrs working experience at any regular wards. Therefore, they have more confidence to work at ED.

    Nurses' basic needs need to be fulfilled. For such as working fixed shift( not rotating shift), patient/ nurse ratio need to be the same for all shifts. Regular unit, 5:1, ICU, 2:1.. nurses who work at the front line get hourly pay. If working over 40 hrs in the week, for overtime pay, get 1.5x hourly pay. For major holidays ( su ch as Chinese New Year, nurses will get 1.5 x 8 x hourly pay.
