The upper cervical instability gave me anxiety all through grade school and on. Other kids notice my anxiousness and used that to pick on me. Others got hurt. Today, 1 in 4 kids have early concussions and neck problems leading to all kinds of problems. I was told silently by my pain Doctor I had dystonia. Hi Doctor. Is alar ligament instability only considered CCI? If the flexion-extension x-ray does not show instability, does it mean the c0-c1 area and the c1-c2 transverse ligament is ok? Thanks.
Can CCI cause CRPS became of the vagal dysfunction?

I was told by a PRP doctor to have a fusion to fix the C4-6 severe stenosis (the big elephant) before I use PRP to treat possible CCI. He said PRP could squeeze the spinal cord and be dangerous because of the severe stenosis. So should I have the fusion first by your opinion? Thank you. Vicky
