MKA International Engineer sent by Allstate for Eric Okuname

Allstate changed the topic when we provided ample amounts of evidence that their timeline facts were incorrect regarding wind damage on the top right front slope if looking at the house from the street.
We had evidences that proved there was indeed wind damage during the time of their investigation into the claim, when they were saying, there was no damage for the previous mentioned area.
Our evidence is Concrete, so they changed the topic of conversation to “we are going to send out an engineer and determine approximate cause of damage.”
It seems like they were given plenty of reasons to justly cover this roof completely, but instead, Allstate used the money, that they could have in good faith, used to cover the roof fully, to send out an engineer instead. 
Well, now that that distraction is out-of-the-way, let’s get back to the timeline facts. There is still evidence supporting that there was indeed damage to the previously mentioned area of the roof, so now can we please make sure that gets corrected , and reviewed in full and in kind, so we can bring good customer service back to these homeowners. 
I mean, if we’re going to get detailed, and have an engineer dissect this roof for almost 2 hours, why can’t we be accurate about timeline facts. There was damage during a pivotal part of this investigation that was not recognized, and now we do have facts, so let’s make sure since we are already splitting hairs, that we are doing it in good faith.
