    What a good girl! Wonderful model, hope she was rewarded. I’m trying to learn how to groom my cava and my cocka. Poo pups. I get 2 chances. Watching you has shown me a lot. My first visit to your site. I’ve watched many others, but you’re giving the best explanation and your sweet voice is so pleasant. Your pup loves and trusts you, so wonderful to observe. Thank you.

    Fabulous video. First video I’ve seen that explains cutting with the hair growth to keep the muzzle fuller! So helpful. Thank you!

    I’ve just started home grooming my toy poodle. I would not be able to do it had it not been for your videos. I did her sanitary parts today after watching a few times how you did it in one of your other videos. I was thrilled with my result. I’m getting better and more confident thanks to you. Haven’t attempted her legs yet. They are a bit straggly. Thanks Melanie you are wonderful. Xx

    How long does it take you to do a full groom on her?

    You are so good you make art! How do you keep them so calm? I think my dog it’s traumatized (he is rescued so Idk anything about his past) cause I’m a vet and I do his hair at home because he has orthopedic special condition and even though I do it with all of my love and patients and he loves me more than anything I find him very scared of the equipment I use and even combing him :( I don’t want to sedate him

      I am so pleased you are enjoying our grooming sessions💕 It’s can be hard when dogs have had such a bad experience, it’s sounds like you are doing all the correct things. My toy poodle Kiki gets very nervous being grooming and I have always groomed her, I just think she does not like it as well as not liking the sound of the dryer. Maybe use a happy hoodie when grooming your dog, it helps block out noise💕

    Hey Melanie, thank you for another very informative video. Fabulous as per usual. Question: I got the smaller artero dbl slicker from you, is the slicker you use in this video a larger one? As I am wanting to replace the smaller one I have is it a better option to get the red one you are using, and is it the sheer magic you have on your website? Cheers

      Hi, my apologies I just seen your message. How did you go with the Artero small Flexi slicker

      @@MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials All good, I ended up getting the Sheer magic red one, it too is very good. I still use the Artero smaller one for little jobs though. Cheers, Kerrie & Chilli

    Is it normal for those scissors to be so noisy?

    • @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials
      @MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      These scissors have a serrated edge so are a little more noisy than a non serrated edge. We have a video on explains scissors and the different edges that may help you
