I need someone who could train me despite many issues but I can't afford it and it's so complicated when you aren't exactly 20 something...!! so even if I could, it would have to be someone who has experience with fitness at different ages, different body challenges. Idk how I would even find that.
Anyone can do it! They've found that even people in their 80's can benefit from weight training and improve their lives. Don't give up and don't settle. Get some tips from someone at a gym perhaps so that you learn proper form and don't get hurt. It's worth it, and so are you!
