He's just doing Job now - signing a movie , completing it within 1 or 2 months (media praising him for how puntual he is) ----- In reality he's just Now using his brand name and taking Huge amount and investing it in other ventures- real estate, trading, his own production house.

He doesn't care about the profession like Hrithik or SRK do where they are genuinely interested in film making and improving the art, he treats it like a 9 to 5 job. *He's a Virgo.* The entire reason akshay started doing movies was because he was getting more money in that when compared to modelling which he used to do previously. Doing martial arts was not getting him money, so he did modelling, then found out that movies would make him even more money. It's just that he's physically gifted, fit, and genuinely turned out to be talented in acting, which was cherry on top. Otherwise his career would have turned out to be like other physically good looking guys who lacked skills like Dino Moria or Vidyut Jamwal or John Abraham (john has improved a lot though). And if you think he would start caring because of recent flops, then you're WRONG. Not the first time that he gave back to back flops. He has literally had MULTIPLE streaks of 10-20 flops through out his career, yet he sticks to his formula. That formula is the only thing this man is loyal to. Even in his latest koffee with karan appearance, he made it very obvious that he DOES NOT CARE & even arrogantly said how he did not look old, and how everybody criticising him was jealous of him🤡.... Man I really feel bad for Indian cinema at times. When the movies are decent with good plot and everything it's marketing is cheap and thus gets less hype but when movies are garbage crores are thrown just like that on their marketing which does nothing in the end.

I am in the Bollywood and Hollywood Film Industry post production since 16+ years and I was a VFX Producer for few Bollywood film projects. Let me tell you that the VFX, is a very important aspect of the film, which makes or breaks film (eg. Adipurush - VFX broke it, Fighter - VFX made it a hit). These production houses spend just 25 lakhs (new directorial debut movie) to 4 Cr. (AAA budget movie) on an average on the VFX/Animation, So these greedy Film makers want to pocket all the profits, pay the actors hefty fees, while the main creators of the movie, ie, the pre and post production crew is paid peanuts. Thats why VFX studios who made movies like Life of Pi, Singham, Bodyguard, Delhi Belly, etc. are shut down for good. This is also the reason why the film crew in Hollywood has been protesting since so many months.

Thansk for calling this out bhai. I went to watch this film after seeing an 8+ imdb rating. I walked out during the interval. First time I've seen this many fake reviews of a film and it's really annoying.
The real problem is the mindset of the producer and the team involved in the making of the film, all they want to do is to earn money. No one cares about the content, quality and the art of making a movie.
I swear, I legit came out of theatre in 'interval', my friend and me planned to gift tickets to our annoying friends so that even they have to go through what we did. (Just till interval)

I think these types of projects with extravagant budgets and expenses are just schemes to adjust black/laundered money. One or two big faces in the movie is to justify the expenses.

Yes even adipurush was in the same category, no way they burned 700 crores on a computer generated movie. Hanuman (2024) made in 40 cr has better vfx quality than the adipurush.

I don’t understand why they continue to make movies like this. They know how to write films and they have the budget. Why can’t they put in the effort to make a good film? I am in the Bollywood and Hollywood Film Industry post production since 16+ years and I was a VFX Producer for few Bollywood film projects. Let me tell you that the VFX, is a very important aspect of the film, which makes or breaks film (eg. Adipurush - VFX broke it, Fighter - VFX made it a hit). These production houses spend just 25 lakhs (new directorial debut movie) to 4 Cr. (AAA budget movie) on an average on the VFX/Animation, So these greedy Film makers want to pocket all the profits, pay the actors hefty fees, while the main creators of the movie, ie, the pre and post production crew is paid peanuts. Thats why VFX studios who made movies like Life of Pi, Singham, Bodyguard, Delhi Belly, etc. are shut down for good. This is also the reason why the film crew in Hollywood has been protesting since so many months.
Still Hollywood provides a major chunk of budget to pre and post production
