Happy to see the living members of Oriental Brothers in the persons of Dansachi, Aquila and Kabaka. May God grant repose to the souls of Sir Warrior and Ichita. Your music never dies. It makes us feel at home away from home. Proudly Imo, proudly Igbo, proudly Biafran
Whoever wrote and composed most their songs saw tomorrow and as well challenged modernity. Respect to these talents....then far back there was no demo or technogical approach like today. God gave talent to people like these men.....
Oriental brothers is the best Igbo Music so far, even if u re sick whenever the music start playing u must check ur body.i lov oriental brother's music it impresses me so much.......the once that is alive may God continue to bless u all in Jesus name..............Amen!!!
Kingsley Ugiagbe, you are descendants of igbos, you trace it back. You have igbo blood, your name that is turned upside down says it all. My brother try to make an enquiries about what I said. Try.
Good memories. Thanks! Credit should be given to whom credit is due. In 1975, it was "Kabaka" (Godwin Opara) who was leader of Oriental Brothers. Collective credit should be given to the original 5 members of Oriental Brothers International band for Nwa Ada Di Mma, and not Warrior alone. It was much later, I think it was either late 1980 or sometime in 1981 that Warrior left the Original Oriental brothers. His first album as a Solo artist was (Hapum Mebiri). Remember, Apama, Param Apara.
Amaka madukwe you are 100 percent right in that this is really African classic. I'm Liberia and frankly I don't understand the dilect/language, however; the rythm is touching and each time I listen it reminds me of my heritage.
Oriental brothers God bless you both living and dead! God bless dead and living/remnant children of Biafra who rose up very fast to rule the Black Nation through hard work, perseverance and steadfastness in all areas of human endeavour after 3 years of heavy bombardment from commonwealth Nations including Russia and Egypt. God bless government and people of Haiti, Zambia,Tanzania, Ivory Coast,Gabon that show unconditional love to children of Biafra
hi my dear unknown friend...maybe am wrong but please recheck your data of who was really the leader of the oriental brothers at the time you mention which was in the 70s. anyway, the oriental brothers music with kabaka and later with dan satch were really great and then warrior later took over. i also like his music but not that much as when they were all together....dont you think so? cheers to everyone and more to all igbo people.

Why feature him in these videos?
He doesn't even look comfortable in them.
You are right cos hes not part of the song..He was there for nothing my brother...Maybe they forced him to appear.
Kabaka left 1977 the played this song in 1978 that is why he is not looking happy the played this song after he left
