Tribes Ascend NA Mixer - It is SO SLOW compared to Tribes 3 and hard to hit anything with 300 ping

Tribes 3: Rivals feels a lot different to Ascend. When I look at this gameplay, it is like it is in slow motion. I could hardly hit anything after T3 as I am used to the T3 gameplay and inheritance now. Admittedly my ping to the Ascend NA server is woeful when it should be around 190-220 and not fluctuating like it does as you can see in this game.
