No, you will still get the luggage tags when the first time you fly to Disney. I'm going this year and its our first time.They sent our magic bands with luggage tags.

Apparently you have to book a package deal with dining plan to get the luggage tags. We are flying and didn't receive them. I called Disney and they said it's because we didn't have a package deal.

It was my 1st time to disney, when i was walking on the 1st day, i tripped and broke my arm on a pole, and had to leave to go to a hospital back in my hometown
