This great song has Alan Tarney written allover it. It's very well written, with another fine vocal performance from Leo Sayer. Perhaps, with a slightly meatier bassline, particularly in the verses, and the chorus resolving itself more distinctly, this could have been a much bigger hit for them both.🎶
That's right to give contrast to Leo's voice so it lifts his singing above the instrumentation and not blend in.Drums could of been heavier.A voice like Leo should not be homgenised.
