Sir how the male candidate has a different cap than the female one, can you give some information regarding that?

He's not supposed to wear it but he is ....the cap is worn only when the senior cadet captain (2 stripes on shoulder pad) is wearing a ceremonial kit and doing sword drill which isn't allowed
