i absolutely love Scum it's prob the most in depth survival game that is out. For treating wounds if you disinfect the rag with alcohol first it will treat the wound better as without the disinfected rags you might need 4 or more rags to heal one C1 bleed, it Also depends on your medical skill how many rags you need but disinfected rags/pressure dressings work best. Keep an eye on the rectangle showing the bleed when you select rags it will create a white flashing border around the bleed. If you have a full white flashing border around the whole bleed you will stop it, if it is only half flashing white then you need to add more rags to treat.
you need bobby pins and screwdrivers in order to pick the locks on the lockers, also you can use a Crowbar to break open the lockers, but it is a lot noisier
I think first run but you must have read up on tips.. or the chat helped. I played for years and did not know activated charcol even had a reason to be in game. All mushrooms used to be safe to eat, then after an update I ate a white one and slowly just died. You also managed to heal a c3 wound (assuming chat told u to cut up the raincoat for rags. impressive first run. In Dayz, I died of thirst in my first game and it was raining the whole time, which I found silly. ok, So I didnt craft a water collecting device etc but in heavy rain, a human with no survival skills can look up and open their mouth.. or even slurp from a puddle. Games like this, when raining heavily, should slow the dehydration mechanic.
in the past i played with both :D i joined to SCUM when it was only 0.2v . i love how the devs listening to the players and makeing the game great from update to update :D DayZ has it unique too but i think its lost the "shine" . I aaddicted to survival games :D try a lot and SCUM have the potential to make fun and hardcore line too , there are a lot of costume servers PVE , PVP, Battle royale and roleplay . i just hope the community gets bigger and other Gamers will play the game :D the devs deserves with this game to shine and rise :D ( sry if my english is not the best not my native language :D )
@@Jezargh i playd Tarkov too maybe 7-800 hour but the cheaters ruind my experience 😥 DayZ , Rust, Conan exile, 7 Days to Die and I bought the Deadside game 🤔 that has potential too :D if i playing 2-3 days with one i need to relearn how to play with other XD XD
What a great first life! Massive learning curve but really rewarding when you give it a chance is what I take from this!

Thanks, I found out about bobby pins and crowbars a few lives later, its great that lots of the items you pick up are useful for crafting.

Didn’t read any tips but did have a bit of help from people in chat, I remember struggling in DayZ for a while even with chat help!

I do like survival games, Tarkov, DayZ and now Scum make it hard for me to play other things!
