It's so strange how alcohol is the one drug that is treated this way. Like if you tell someone you dont smoke or dont do heroin, no one ever is going to be like, "huh weird why not?"
That's why I believe alcohol is the most dangerous drug of all. It's legal, socially acceptable, and can change you completely in a matter of minutes. How many people high on weed have ever done something they regret other than eating an entire box of doughnuts. Alcohol is the epitome of evil IMO

It's weird how people's bodies get used to alcohol over time. When you first start drinking you feel like hell the next day and you're gonna throw up gin and orange juice everywhere. But then it's like a year later and you can drink like 3 or 4 times as much and shake it off, whatever. It literally kills you over time though.

My mother came from a family with alcoholic parents and it can be learned behaviour. But the lucky thing my mother was the opposite she never drank but she did tell me what it was like to live with a mother who was very mean when she drank and that all ways stuck with me !

I quit drinking and yesterday I decided to have some and I just regret it so much. The hangover is relentless! I have slept almost the entire 24 hours. And I can't get anything done. I'm never drinking again

I went to a party with my cousin when I was 19. everyone was stoned, and drunk out of their minds. she tried to persuade me into smoking some weed, but I told her no, and that it's not something I want to do. she called me a loser, and that I need to loosen up. I told her if loosening up equals being paranoid and unable to walk, then I'd rather be a sober loser. I wound up calling one of my friends to come pick me up, and take me home. I can't stand peer pressure!
