About Cquartz uk 3.0 with Pocket applicator AND Blue Microfiber , how motion do I need to apply with these applicator , circle motion or vertical motion like Standard Cq3.0 foam applicator.

Straight or circular doesn't matter. However, keep in mind that whenever you change direction with the applicator if you press unevenly then you might make the product a bit thicker which makes it flash slightly slower in that spot. Really we are being very picky here though... its not a very big deal. Just try to turn corners smoothly. Personally I prefer straight line motions and then turn the corners in circular motion.

I could do with one of those Lake County hand polish pads, do they come in different grades of cut and finish?

Thanks for the question! No, they have only the soft red one. The one from Scholl Concepts (Gold) that is larger has a bit more cut though.

I have a cquarts applicator to apply leather 2.0, how would I clean the applicator after using the block?

You want to toss the little 4" white applicator suedes and replace with another for next time.

Do the Carpro pocket applicators have a plastic liner to prevent product absorption?

There is a layer of plastic inside the applicator. yes. that prevents complete foam saturation.
