Hwayoung is a good actress. I enjoy watching her in Father is Strange. She can hold her own even when acting alongside the veteran actors & actresses .
Like Rikku Lee said before, T-ara was already T-ara before Hwayoung joined. Even if Hwayoung had a chance to re-join the group, why would any fans want to put more burden and cause more heart break over both parties? (Plus who would want to return to work under that horrid CEO again haha). I hope Hwayoung has much success and support with her decisions and a possible solo career! :3

Hwa and Boram are the plain ones / least attractive of that make up and they know it. Hwa was the new one and perhaps not skilled enough. So it makes psychological sense that Boram leads the bullying to cover up for her own insecurities.

As the Leader of the team she feedback to the Management to handle the case. But instead of handling the case Management decide to ask Hwayoung to leave the team because they found she had other problem too like not perform live show when asked to. The Management had to think on the whole for the Team of TARA not individual like what Hwayoung done to the TEAM.
