Tower Defense X has recently collabed with Tower Battles, the original td game that started this all. With the collab came many thing like new towers and skins, but most importantly the event. Currently there are 2 modes, Normal and Nightmare. Normal is well normal, hard but not too challenging. And then theres Nightmare... a Real challenge for any player. According to John himself, this is the hardest gamemode in the games history so far. But i mean, it wasn't really that hard... or was it.

tb normal is basically having good towers in tower battles
tb nightmare is basically having only the starter towers in tower battles

I'll be honest I personally love this event since we were so dry on tdx content for months and while the battle pass is definitely a problem to people who don't have the time to grind I don't mind it since I have all the time in the world to grind
