I have same question bhen ji...plz tell me what to do...I am working at Government hospital as Male staff nurse. I have MSc. N in medical-surgical and passed NCLEX-RN (New York) exam in march 2022. Recently i completed US Visascreening and got Visascreening Certificate about 15 days ago.
Please suggest me what to do next.

It is just a registration exam to get RN license. After getting license it’s your choice to join govt or private sector
