You need to Character designer to make them alive and then 3d artist to make their 3d model and then to make animation you might need to spend lakhs of rupees.. And if you gonna make it alone then easily 2-3 years just to set everything in highest quality.. I am myself game developer and 3d artist.. I know how much time it takes
