I believe its from missions on Norway. It's just a size 5 still acts like the in store one.

Been trying to get a diamond Largemouth for about 2 weeks now, always used size 6 frog and hopper with no luck, but swapped them to size 5 after watching this video last night, and soon after the hopper caught me a nice gold Largemouth. Still no diamond though, but the fishing is certainly better than before.

What’s a good setup to use in lvl 68 but idk what rod I should use for it ik people use lower rods
Lower rods and line only matter for higher score. I generally do not care about score I use what I am most comfortable with.
I was curious if you could give me the link to the angler discord. I found the Hunter but I can't seem to find the Angler. I couldn't even get anyone to respond to me about it on Jaxxy's EW livestream. Thanks again for the great video. Oh yeah. When I was still fishing IRL. Anytime I found a particular spot where I caught even an exceptionally large fish. Or consistently caught fish I would work it hard from all different directions just like you were doing. Sometimes they're just stacked up like cord wood. Lol! Way too many times I've seen people catch a big fish and get excited and leave right then and there only to miss out on an excellent opportunity like the one you just took advantage of. Again. OldManRum, I've watched your videos, love your content and would like to try competing in the competition sometime. Not sure how to do so from my console, any advice would be great.
Use the link in the description to go to the fishing comp FB page. Join the group. Then each weekend just submit your entries like everyone onto the page after reading each weeks rules. If you don't know how to take screen shots on a console just ask in there and myself or someone will post a pic of how to on Xbox and Playstation. It's very easy.

Any tips of catch fish more successful? I'm struggling it takes so long in between bites
I wish I had good answers for that. Still new to me. Depends which species etc. However the resource channel on theAngler discord has diamond hot spots which usually mean good fish spots. If you want more action definitely do more lure fishing as float fishing is much slower. try using spoons or spinners on 2x speed reeling. they catch most species I would say. Until you get a hang and feel for species in certain spots. Competition groups help me focus on a species and generally people share their favorite locations. As far as this video at the end I show my best spot for bass if you go there use a size 5 frog or popper reel at 2x speed twitching the whole time. You will catch some kind of fish during the day almost every cast from a boat along both shores before the bridge. Hope that was helpful, just matter of spending the time in game.

What is that little symbol above your depth when your fishing?
The symbol above feet and depth in gold flashing means I am reeling. I have auto reel on so I just have to hit reel once and it keeps reeling. I do not have to hold the trigger in. My finger got sore reeling all the time so I switched it under options and accessibility. That may be why it shows it so you know what you are doing.

How much time was between the diamonds? Still haven't got a bass diamond and fish for them prob the most out of any fish
This was over 4 days of competition. 1500-1800 in the bridge spot was best. I can't say time between as one night I didn't get anything, yet another multiple. I spent many hours on the weekend portion. More than any person should lol. Soon as it got about 1830 I hopped servers. Complete focus was just on the one species. Hopefully you pull one out of that hole at the end of the video. Multiple friends did that weekend and prior to this comp I had zero largemouth Dimes. Good Luck!

@@OldManRum thanks for the vid. Got home from work. Hit the blue bridge for a couple hours. Got a bunch of gold bass and my first diamond bass.
Either you got mad skills or the RNG in this game is F-ed.
443 largemouth, 0 diamonds.
Try those spots by the bridge 1500-1900. The guy that beat me in the comp got near as many and mostly hit that hotspot
I fish the lumbermill bridge and lily cove south of sleeping razor frequently. Game refuses to give me a dime largie. Anyway, liked and subbed.

Hi what size frog are you using ?
That is a size 5, Gold or better Smallmouth and Silver or better largemouth. Same size on the popper
Can you show all ur dime spots for bass?
