pata nahi suggestion padhte bhi ho ya nahi ap log,, don't you think ki ap log ko ek 1400 or 1500 sqft ya fir ek average jaisa koi sa bhi size ke plot mein minimum budget ke plan wala ghar banana chahiye,, bhai tumhre plan 60 lakhs se kamm hote nahi hai or yeh toh approximately 1cr. ka hai... koi aisa plan hai jaha 35 lakhs tak ke ghar banaya jaa sake,,qki koi bhi architect ke plan ache tabhi hote hai jab woh kam se kam budget mein bhi ek acha ghar de sakte.. qki maximum budget mein toh koi bhi acha luxurious house de dega...
