Well I tried asking questions about the dB of this rifle @ .35, but TH-cam scrubbed it. Not allowed to ask about the difference between slug & pellet muzzle noise, as well as .25 or .30.

110 foot pounds is around 22lr foot pounds isn't it?

Is there any research being done to "naturally" suppress airgun noise by design in a PCP rifle? I'm in Canada, where suppression of any firearm, including the toy ones (< 500fps), are illegal. Don't get me started.
Even Crosman's "QuietFire" tech is banned here. A plastic baffle. I can buy a .338 Lapua today & have it in my home within 2 or 3 hrs - but no silencers for anything.
I'm shopping for an FX Impact Sniper this year, with a slug barrel as well. I'm considering a .25 or a .30. How do the dB's compare between .25, .30 and .35? The .35 isn't out of the question, I'm just not planning on hunting anything > raccoon. Is there anything about these new airguns that make them inherently quieter? I realize how silencers work & the importance of subsonic, but are slugs quieter than pellets? Are there barrels that aren't "silenced" but rather have a design that quiets shots by design? I'm constantly watching dB levels in these videos, hoping to find something discrete as possible. Only reason is, to be a good neighbor - nothing nefarious.

I'd love to see you start debunking the false claims when reviewing a pcp. I cannot tell you how many times my friends have told me about the outright lies in fx marketing. Where the docs say 1 thing and out of the box you can't achieve those figures without a tungsten hammer or valve work that is not stated in their literature. The lies have to stop. Claiming 198 fpe on a 35cal and getting 151 out of the box without mods not in the box needs to be shown in reviews.

I completely agree. It’s why I show products out of the box and mod free. If we have time to work with it, then we can take a journey on what it takes to get the most out of it. Facts not Fluff.
      Cheers
