Great video, but i have a little question, is it waterproof? Cause my old messenger bag was not and after an unlucky rainy day all my stuff inside the bag was wet :(
The bag is not waterproof. The standard version is a 1000d cordura nylon. Which is very abrasion resistant and has good water repellent properties. But will wet out if caught in a long rain storm. The VX42 materieL is technically waterproof, but that bag is not seam sealed. So again, it will wet out if caught in a long rain storm. But the carry, is amazing on this bag. It’s super simple,l design, but works great!
Oh man this almost looks exactly like what I'm looking for! I don't think my 70D is quite going to fit though. I'm starting to think I need to give up on carrying the 70D everywhere I go if I'm not planning to shoot and just take the G7X to have something a little nicer than my phone.
Your camera will fit in a Metrodrifter, but If you want to have some extra space to toss in things you might pickup throughout the day. You might want to go with a Metromonger, it is a little bigger and will give you some extra space.
@@jeffgrantMEDIA Okay I'll look at the two and compare my options. I need to decide if it's worth it to take the 70D with me every single place I go or just when I'm planning to shoot something and have the G7X with me as my quick on the go camera if something happens to be film or photo worthy.
SpencerSB if you’ve got a g7x... that’s all you need to keep on you all the time. I love mine I still use it from time to time. I was carrying it with my all the time but I did a few shoots for a band, and I tossed it in my camera bag to use to get some b cam shots and keep forgetting to take it out b

I can fit an older iPad that is 11.75” in size inside the metrodrifter.
