Hey, I think I saw your comment on Sharon's channel so I thought it was addressed to her. The first degree is from the studies before your clinical years, that's human biology, the second one is from everything you learn throughout clinical years (in the hospital), and that's the one that actually makes you a doctor. You can get a job as a tutor and maybe some other medical professions with the first one but you're not a doctor yet. A junior resident is another name for an intern, this is the doctor that has just begun work or has only worked for about 2 years since graduating med school ("the fresher doctor"). Hope this helps 🙂
