The Cowboys need to bring in a strong head coach that can turn that locker room around and get men on the same page and Jerry Jones needs a real football man to run operations. Neither is likely to happen so the qb won't matter much in my view. The Cowboys are not quite The Raiders or Panthers but they are no longer a great organization.
